Cheryl Archer, O.D.
Cheryl Archer, O.D. graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 1984 after first receiving her bachelor’s degree from DePauw University. She is very active in state and national affairs for the profession of optometry having served on numerous committees and holding office for the Ohio Optometric Association. She is a volunteer for iSee (In-School Eye Exams), the Realeyes classroom initiative, Vision USA, InfantSee and participated in a VOSH eye care mission in Ukraine. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Ohio Optometric Foundation and Optometry Cares, the American Optometric Foundation. Additionally she is serving an appointment by Governor Kasich on the Ohio State Board of Optometry. She and her husband John love to travel and spend time with their family, Jeff, Moira, David, Audrey and grandchildren Kelan, Evan, and Piper.

John Archer, O.D.
Dr. Archer graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 1975, moved to Bowling Green, and joined the practice of Robert S. Beattie, O.D. Since that time he has been a member of the Toledo Area Optometric Society, the Ohio Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. Dr. Archer served on the Board of Directors of the Ohio Optometric Foundation from 2003 to 2009. In 1999, the office was moved to its current location at 1222 Ridgewood Drive.

Andrea Dietz, O.D.
Dr. Andrea Dietz was born and raised in Coldwater, Ohio along with her seven siblings on a small dairy farm. She graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in June 2011 with her Doctor of Optometry cum laude and did her undergraduate at Wright State University.
Dr. Andrea Dietz is affiliated with the American Optometric Association and Ohio Optometric Association for which she served as Zone 10 Governor. Dr. Dietz is an InfantSEE provider where she examines infants free of charge between the ages six to twelve months. She participates in the Realeyes program by going into classrooms to teach children. Dr. Andrea Dietz enjoys all aspects of optometry but has a special interest in pediatric eye care, specialty contact lenses and ocular disease management such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and dry eye.
Dr. Andrea Dietz joined Premier Vision Group in July 2019. She currently resides in New Bremen with her husband Jonathan and their three sons: Henry, Leo and David. She is an active member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church and enjoys cooking, camping and playing the piano.
Mile Brujic, O.D., FAAO
Dr. Brujic graduated from the New England College of Optometry in 2002. He practices full scope optometry with an emphasis on ocular disease management of the anterior segment, contact lenses and glaucoma. Dr. Brujic is on the editorial board for a number of optometric publications. He has published over 200 articles and has given over 1000 lectures, both nationally and internationally on contemporary topics in eye care. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and the American Academy of Optometry. He enjoys spending time with his wife Sonia, and daughters Zoe and Ava.

Brian Dietz, O.D.
Dr. Brian Dietz, originally from Botkins, Ohio, graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 2010. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Ohio Optometric Association where he is currently serving as Trustee and is the Chair of the Ohio Third Party Committee. Dr. Dietz participates in the InfantSee program and is a RealEyes presenter to many of the local elementary schools. Dr. Dietz remains active for the ‘Chick’ Evans Caddie Scholarship Alumni Association where he was President and National Committee Treasurer as a student. Locally, he is active in his community where he helps coach his children’s sports and volunteers for the March of Dimes of Lima. Dr. Dietz resides in Lima with his two children, Lane and Adilyn.

Tracey Needham, OD
Dr. Tracey Needham is originally from Cleveland, Ohio and completed her dual Bachelor’s degree in biology and psychology at Kent State University. She graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 2002, where she earned her doctorate in optometry, was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa honor society, and received her Interdisciplinary Specialization in Aging Certification. Dr. Tracey Needham is a member of the Ohio Optometric Association and American Optometric Association, and served as the governor of the Toledo Area Optometric Society in 2009-2010. She received the Ohio Optometric Association’s Young Optometrist of the Year award in 2012. She is a member of the Ohio Optometric Foundation Board of Directors, Ohio Public Health Association, and Women of Vision organization. Dr. Tracey Needham enjoys volunteering for the InfantSee program, Vision USA, the In-School Eye Exam program and is a presenter of the Realeyes program. Dr. Needham is married and enjoys watching Ohio State football in the fall and taking her dog, Dakota, for walks in the park.
Auston Hood, OD
Dr. Auston Hood graduated for The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 2021 and did his undergraduate at Bowling Green State University. He is an active member of the American Optometric Association and Ohio Optometric Association. He joined Premier Vision Group in June 2021. Dr. Hood is particularly interested in specialty contact lenses and ocular disease management such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and dry eye. He enjoys the lake, sports and spending time with his wife Tara and his son Ashton.
